He holds a J.D. from George Mason University School of Law and is admitted to the bar in Maryland and New York. In his new role, Molloie will oversee all legal activities, including contracts, employment, regulatory compliance, and litigation. MedReview, a payment integrity solutions provider for health insurers, has acquired Vital Data Technology, a healthcare payer workflow and data technology company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Founded in 2005, Vital Data Technology operates an AI-driven analytics platform called Affinitē that provides predictive insights for care management, quality, population health and risk adjustment. The acquisition expands MedReview's payer solution suite to include member outcome-focused capabilities. Vital Data will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of MedReview. The company has over 50 years of experience delivering payment integrity services to healthcare payers. Synergy Advisors and Goodwin advised MedReview, whilst Bailey & Company and Sheppard advised Vital Data Technology on the transaction.
