3Cloud, LLC, a Microsoft services partner focused on the Azure platform, entered a non-binding letter of intent (“LOI”) to acquire People Global Solutions Inc., a Makati City, Philippines-based operator of a Global Delivery Center exclusively for 3Cloud offering Azure consulting services in Application Modernization and Data Platform.
