Gigaton provides a software-as-a-service platform, Delta Zero, to help heavy industry cut fuel use and carbon emissions. It builds a plant-specific digital twin by analyzing historical and real-time data and uses deep reinforcement learning to model complex processes, offering operational recommendations and the option to autonomously optimize controls. The platform runs in the cloud and can integrate with existing plant control systems without requiring new hardware, differentiating itself with plant-scale AI-driven optimization. Its goal is to scale industrial decarbonization for cement, steel, and glass producers by making advanced optimization accessible to improve efficiency and lower emissions.
