A senior healthcare executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience, Carla steps into the role following two years as Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations, a position she has held during a period of transformative growth for the organization. Since joining Visana Health in 2024 Carla has built the clinical infrastructure required to scale responsibly and sustainably. Under her leadership, enrollment grew 4x year-over-year while maintaining exceptional quality standards, strong clinical outcomes, and industry-leading patient and provider satisfaction. Carla established the operational framework that enabled Visana to nationally expand its virtual-first, whole-person care model ensuring consistency in care delivery, provider performance, quality measurement, and clinical governance.
