Avalon Park Gym partners with PopStroke Orlando to bring community wellness outside of the gym. ORLANDO, FL - May 28, 2026 - Avalon Park Gym is taking fitness beyond its four walls through a new community wellness initiative in partnership with PopStroke Orlando. On Saturday, June 6, at 8:30 a.m., Avalon Park Gym will host a special outdoor bootcamp-style workout at PopStroke Orlando, located at 321 N. Alafaya Trail, Orlando, FL 32828. The event, titled Bootcamp Workout + Bubbles & Bites, is designed to bring the "gym outside of the gym" by creating accessible, welcoming fitness experiences in community spaces. Led by Coach Denis, the 45-minute full-body workout will challenge and motivate participants of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced, through a combination of traditional bodyweight exercises focused on building strength, endurance, and stamina. Following the workout, participants are invited to stay and enjoy Bites & Bubbles while connecting with local wellness vendors and learning more about businesses making an impact in the Orlando wellness community. Class participants will also receive 20% off brunch following the event. Project Lean Nation will also be on site to share information about its health and wellness offerings, including ready-to-eat meals, expert coaching, and comprehensive wellness tools designed to support lasting health and weight-loss results.
