Alex Lewis joins KHP Capital Partners to serve as Executive Vice President, General CounselSAN FRANCISCO, April 30, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- KHP Capital Partners (KHP), a leading real estate private equity firm specializing in full-service hotels and resorts, with a focus on the lifestyle segment, today announced that Alex Lewis has joined the firm as Executive Vice President and General Counsel. In this role she will provide comprehensive legal and strategic support to the KHP funds and oversee KHP's legal, regulatory, risk management and compliance matters. Alex will be succeeding Judy Miles, who will continue at KHP as an Executive Advisor. Alex joins KHP from Goodwin Procter LLP, where she was a partner in the Real Estate Industry group. She brings extensive experience advising private equity funds, real estate investment managers, developers, and public REITs in complex commercial real estate transactions – including equity investments, senior, construction and mezzanine financings, and acquisitions and dispositions. Alex was recently recognized by Connect CRE as a leading commercial real estate lawyer in their 2024 Lawyers in Real Estate Awards
