Artefact, the leading global consulting firm for data and AI transformation, today announced the acquisition of Agilytic, a well-established Belgian data and AI consulting boutique. This strategic acquisition reinforces Artefact’s footprint in Belgium, strengthens its Benelux platform, and advances its mission to help organizations across Europe and industries create tangible value with data and AI.
French AI consultancy Artefact has acquired Belgian data and AI specialist Agilytic. The acquisition strengthens Artefact's presence in the Benelux region, adding 30 data and AI consultants to its workforce. Over 10 years, Agilytic has completed more than 400 projects for clients including health insurers, banks, and retailers across Belgium and internationally. The Brussels-based firm will join Artefact's network of 2,500 professionals operating across 27 countries. Artefact became a unicorn in July 2025 following an investment from British private equity firm Cinven. The company plans approximately 15 more acquisitions and aims to reach €800 million in revenue within five years, up from an expected €300 million this year. The acquisition follows Artefact's earlier purchase of Dutch firm Ofi Services, as it expands operations beyond Europe into the US, Latin America, Asia, and Africa.
