Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Augmodo raised $21 million in July 2026 at a $350 million valuation.
  • Revenue grew 10x, while deployments reached 186 million square feet monthly.
  • Expansion beyond retail into warehouses, factories, hospitals, and automotive broadens the addressable market.

  • If retailers delay expansions, Augmodo's 2026 one-billion-square-feet target misses, crushing momentum.
  • Amazon, Zebra, and computer-vision startups can copy features and squeeze pricing quickly.

What makes Augmodo unique

  • Augmodo's SmartBadges deliver live 3D store maps without ripping out retailer workflows.
  • Chemist Warehouse expanded from four pilots to a full-chain contract by 2025.
  • The Pointy alumni and ex-Google, Amazon, Microsoft hires strengthen execution against retail incumbents.
