Overview

BMarko Structures designs and builds modular structures using shipping containers, steel, and wood in a factory setting to deliver custom modules for industrial enclosures like electrical houses and battery storage systems as well as commercial buildings such as apartments and hotels. Most work is done off-site in its Williamston, SC facility, enabling high prefabrication and strong quality control with over 90% of fixtures and furniture completed before shipping. The Villavo division, started in 2022, manufactures prefabricated apartments to speed up delivery—about 2.5x faster and roughly 15% cheaper than conventional methods. In 2026, Vertiv acquired BMarko to integrate its structural fabrication capabilities with data-center and converged infrastructure projects, supporting scalable, infrastructure-focused builds.
