Bloom Equity Partners' portfolio company Soutron Global has acquired Biblionix, a Texas-based provider of cloud-native library systems for smaller public libraries and K-12 schools. This is Soutron Global's third acquisition in two years. The deal completes Soutron Global's coverage of the US public library market. Biblionix's Apollo system serves smaller libraries, whilst VERSO, acquired in 2025, serves mid-size libraries and consortia. The combined platform now services more than 7,000 US public libraries. Soutron Global, founded in the UK in 1989, now operates across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, serving libraries, archives, and museums on three continents. The company is backed by Bloom Equity Partners and Atlasview Equity Partners.
