Overview

BrightonOne is a nonprofit social enterprise that supports veterans, military families, and their communities through an integrated model centered on healthcare, housing, and wraparound services. Its main Brighton campus serves as a hub for medical care, mental health services, and addiction treatment, and it administers the US Family Health Plan of Southern New England (TRICARE Prime) for thousands of military members. In housing, it runs the Residences at BrightonOne (102 units) and a supportive housing program with case management, counseling, and peer support, plus an Empowerment Fund to cover housing costs to prevent homelessness. It reinvests operating margins to grow its impact and aims to improve wellbeing by addressing health, housing, and related social needs, differentiating itself through an integrated, campus-based model and partnerships with organizations like WinnCompanies and veteran-policy networks.
