Builders Network is a nonprofit global initiative that counters toxic polarization by equipping people with skills for constructive dialogue, collaboration, and problem-solving. It operates through media content (such as Un/Divided and The Tennessee 11), educational resources (the Builders Toolkit with the Polarization Detox Challenge and Builders Crash Course), and real-world programs like Citizen Solutions that convene opposing voices to craft common-ground policies. It differentiates itself by leveraging a global network of 300+ Movement Partners, combining media literacy, dialogue training, and policy impact, rather than focusing on a single program. Its goal is to replace us-vs-them thinking with curiosity, compassion, courage, and creativity, enabling citizens to address societal problems together.
