Morgan Payments that enables merchants on the processor's Commerce Platform to offer Klarna's BNPL options at checkout with no integration on the merchant's end. * Fraud prevention services firm Signifyd said e-commerce fraud increased 33% this year over last in its State of Fraud Report 2026. It also found that account takeover attacks increased 78% year-over-year. * CPI Card Group Inc. reported second quarter 2026 revenue of $149.2 million, a 14.9% increase from $129.8 million in the corresponding quarter a year ago. Its quarterly net income jumped to $2 million from $518,000 last year. CPI, a card maker and services provider, cited its technology platform, partnerships, and ability to match market needs as part of the reason for its financial performance. * Payments-technology platform ACI Worldwide Inc. reported June-quarter revenue of $430.4 million, up 7.3% year-over-year, with net income of $31.8 million, versus $12.2 million a year ago. * FIS Inc. launched Digital One Commercial, a commercial banking technology platform in the Asia-Pacific region. The move, which includes support for digital payments, completes a rollout for the product, with introductions having already occurred in the U.S. and Europe. * Israel-based payments company Nayax Ltd. said it has filed an application with the Connecticut Department of Banking to establish Nayax America Bank Inc., based in Fairfield County, Conn. The bank is expected to help Nayax's U.S. merchant clients access corporate cards, merchant cash advances, and other services offered through Nayax. * PSQ Holdings Inc. said its PSQ Payments unit will provide payment processing services to Rayon AI, a software developer for the firearms industry. PSQ's Credova unit will provide consumer credit services to Rayon's merchants, too. * Payments platform Corpay Inc. announced it has agreed to sell its U.K.-based fleet-software business epyx, along with related companies r2c Online and Business Gateway, to OEConnection, a portfolio company of Francisco Partners. Terms were not announced. * Shift4 Payments Inc. reported processing volume of $61 billion for the June quarter, up 22% year over year, with gross revenue of $1.295 billion, up 34%, and net income of $24 million.
CPI nabs issuing tech and other digital transactions news briefs from 6/25/26. * Payment card issuer CPI Card Group Inc. said it has acquired instant-issuance technology from HID Global Corp. The all-cash deal closed June 23, CPI said, though price and other terms were not announced. * Affirm Holdings Inc. said retailer Backcountry will add Affirm as a payment method on Backcountry.com and its other sites. * Mastercard Inc., along with the processor Worldline and the financial-services provider Crédit Agricole, announced they have processed the first commercial agentic-commerce transaction to occur in France. * Visa Inc. has signed on to a two-year sponsorship of the Evolution Championship Series, or Evo for short, a tournament for computer gamers. The partnership starts with Evo Las Vegas on Friday. * Payments-technology provider Parafin said it has launched the Spend Card, a credit card for use by small businesses. Its partners are the processor 360 Payments and Nav, a financial-services provider. * Payments provider Airwallex said it raised $320 million in a Series H funding round, valuing the company at $11 billion, a $3-billion increase since December. * Float Financial, a Toronto-based company offering corporate cards and payments services, received $85 million Canadian ($60 million U.S.) in an all-equity Series C round led by Inovia Capital.
