Clinpath Pathology provides diagnostic laboratory services across South Australia, including biochemistry, haematology, microbiology, anatomical pathology, and genetic/molecular testing. It operates from a main Mile End laboratory, hospital-based labs (including a 24/7 facility at Calvary Adelaide Hospital), and more than 140 collection centres. Tests are billed on a fee-for-service basis and support medical decisions, including cancer diagnosis and chronic disease management. As part of Sonic Healthcare, it benefits from a broad national network and hospital integration to improve access, turnaround times, and reach across general practice, specialists, private hospitals, and aged-care facilities.
