D2L Inc. reported second quarter fiscal 2027 financial results for the period ended 31 July 2026. The Canadian learning technology company posted subscription and support revenue of US$50.9 million, up 2% year-over-year, impacted by previously disclosed US K-12 customer churn. Annual Recurring Revenue reached US$223.4 million, up 5% year-over-year. Excluding the K-12 market, ARR grew approximately 10% year-over-year, marking the fourth consecutive quarter of double-digit growth in core markets. Adjusted EBITDA was US$6.5 million, down from US$7.5 million in the prior year. The company generated US$28.5 million in free cash flow, nearly double the US$15.2 million from the same period last year. D2L completed significant share buyback activity, repurchasing approximately 2 million subordinate voting shares during the quarter. The company maintained a strong balance sheet with US$106.4 million in cash and no debt.
