DECA Investments acquires 40% stake in Athens-listed smart city tech firm Dotsoft

DECA Investments has completed its sixth investment under the Diorama Investments II fund, acquiring a 40% stake in Dotsoft Integrated Technology Solutions, a publicly listed Greek IT company. Founder and CEO Manos Anastasiou will retain significant ownership and continue leading operations. Dotsoft, listed on the Athens Stock Exchange Alternative Market, specialises in smart city solutions, custom software development and digital transformation services. The company's flagship SmartisCity platform uses IoT, cloud infrastructure and data analytics to enable municipalities to monitor city operations in real time and optimise public services. The partnership aims to accelerate Dotsoft's expansion into new markets whilst strengthening its international presence and private-sector client base. Diorama II, established in Luxembourg in 2022, targets profitable, high-growth mid-sized Greek companies with strong scaling potential.
