Darkhorse Emergency

Darkhorse Emergency

Decision analytics platform for public safety

Overview

Darkhorse Emergency provides a decision analytics platform for public safety agencies such as fire departments and EMS to improve strategic decisions. The platform aggregates and analyzes response and forecasting data, allowing agencies to visualize how changes in resource allocation will affect performance before they are put into practice. It supports short- and long-term planning, station placement, standards of cover, and community risk assessments, all through a subscription-based software with optional consulting to help agencies implement and optimize data use. Unlike more general analytics tools, Darkhorse Emergency focuses specifically on public safety needs and combines forecasting with planning tools to give clear, data-driven guidance for allocating resources and improving response times. The goal is to help emergency services make faster, better-informed decisions that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
