Diamond Age

Diamond Age

Automates construction with AI-powered mobile engines

Overview

Diamond Age builds homes using Mobile Automated Construction Engines—portable on-site lines that use AI and robotics to automate portions of construction. Today they automate about 27% of labor, with a goal of 55% later, to speed up the build and cut costs. The homes are 30% more energy efficient and designed to meet seismic B earthquake codes and Category 5 hurricane standards for resilience. Their customers are developers and builders, and the aim is to address the housing shortage by delivering faster, cheaper, and more resilient homes through on-site automation.
