DoubleDown Interactive reported strong second-quarter 2026 results, with revenue reaching $94.3 million, up 11% year-over-year. The company achieved a significant milestone as direct-to-consumer revenue accounted for 52% of total social casino revenue, up from just over 15% in the prior-year period. Social casino revenue grew 11.5% to $77.3 million, whilst iGaming revenue increased 10% to $17 million. Adjusted EBITDA rose 17% to $39.3 million, with margins expanding to 41.6% from 39.5%. The company's payer conversion rate improved to 9.4% from 7.0% year-over-year. Net cash flow from operations grew 25% to $24.6 million. DoubleDown ended the quarter with $553.8 million in cash and equivalents, maintaining a net cash position of approximately $521.3 million.
DoubleDown Interactive reported strong first-quarter results for 2026, with revenue reaching $94.1 million, up nearly 13% year-over-year. Adjusted EBITDA rose 24% to $38.2 million, whilst profit surged 48% to $35.4 million. Social casino revenue grew 9.5% to $76.9 million, driven by the WHOW Games acquisition. Direct-to-consumer revenue accounted for 44% of total social casino revenue, up from 33% in the previous quarter. iGaming revenue jumped 30% to $17.2 million, supported by the Las Vegas brand launch. The company ended the quarter with $533.4 million in cash and short-term investments. However, operating expenses increased to $58.7 million from $53.9 million, and the global social casino market continues to face secular decline.
DoubleDown Interactive (NASDAQ: DDI) reported fourth-quarter revenue of $95.8 million, up 17% year-over-year but missing consensus estimates by $4 million due to intensified competition and slowing user growth in its core social casino segment. Full-year revenue reached a record $359.9 million, though the core social casino business declined 3% year-over-year, with growth driven primarily by acquisitions. Fourth-quarter EPS of $9.72 significantly exceeded Wall Street's $0.61 estimate, though actual profit fell to $24.1 million from $35.7 million in the prior year due to a goodwill impairment charge on subsidiary SuprNation. CEO Keuk Kim highlighted the company's strategic expansion across products and geographies, noting $42.8 million in net cash flow from operations during the quarter. The South Korean company develops casino-style games distributed through mobile platforms and social networks.
DoubleDown Interactive reported fourth quarter 2025 revenue of $95.8 million, up from $82.0 million year-over-year, driven by its acquisition of WHOW Games and growth in its iGaming subsidiary SuprNation. Social casino revenue reached $79.7 million, whilst direct-to-consumer revenue jumped to $26.0 million, representing 33% of social casino revenue. Full year 2025 revenue was $359.9 million compared to $341.3 million in 2024. However, profit for the year fell to $102.5 million from $124.1 million, primarily due to a non-cash goodwill impairment charge for SuprNation. Adjusted EBITDA reached $40.6 million in the fourth quarter and $142.3 million for the full year. The company ended the quarter with approximately $455 million in net cash and generated $136.8 million in operating cash flow for the year.
DoubleDown Interactive has priced a secondary offering of 2,330,468 American Depositary Shares at $8.00 per ADS by selling shareholder STIC Special Situation Diamond Limited. Each ADS represents 0.05 common share of the Seoul-based gaming company. The offering consists entirely of shares sold by the selling shareholder and will not affect the number of outstanding shares. DoubleDown Interactive will not receive any proceeds from the sale. The transaction is expected to close around 18 December 2025, subject to customary conditions. Roth Capital Partners serves as lead bookrunning manager, with Texas Capital Securities as co-bookrunning manager. The company develops digital games on mobile and web platforms, operating its flagship DoubleDown Casino alongside real-money iGaming sites in Western Europe through its SuprNation subsidiary.
