Ricoh Canada has acquired ET Group, a Canadian workplace technology and collaboration integrator, to advance its position as a global end-to-end workplace services provider. The acquisition strengthens Ricoh's digital services capabilities, particularly in audiovisual engineering and enterprise-wide collaboration environments for government and regulated sectors. ET Group, a Toronto-based company with 50 years of experience, will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Ricoh Canada. The acquisition expands Ricoh's offerings to include enterprise-grade AV design, hybrid meeting solutions, managed digital workplace services and on-site staffing.
