Founded in 2021, the company now manages $2 billion in assets for over 3,000 clients. The new funding will support service expansion and acquisitions, including the recent purchase of Thomas Doll, enhancing their tax planning and retirement services. CEO John Clendening highlighted the mission to transform financial services for healthcare professionals.

Forme Financial announced that it has launched out of beta under the name Earned and it also announced a $12 million Series A funding round led by Hudson Structured Capital Management and Breyer Capital, with meaningful participation from founding partner Juxtapose.
