Solina has acquired Epicurean Butter, a Denver-based developer of flavoured compound butters and customised flavour solutions for food manufacturers, foodservice operators and retailers across the United States. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition expands Solina's capabilities in dairy innovation and culinary solutions. Epicurean Butter specialises in agile product development and compound butters that combine butter with herbs, spices, cheeses and other ingredients to create ready-to-use flavour solutions. Epicurean will continue operating from its Denver facility as a centre of excellence for butter and dairy innovation within Solina USA. CEO Stephen Owens and the existing leadership team will remain in place. Solina operates over 50 production sites across 21 countries with more than 5,000 employees globally.
