Fable

Fable

Real-time employee risk detection and interventions

Overview

Fable Security provides a human risk platform that channels employee behavior data into actionable guidance. It collects and analyzes employee information, identifies risky actions, and automatically delivers highly targeted interventions in real time, right where employees work. The platform is designed for enterprise scale and ease of use, enabling organizations to influence behavior directly at the point of work without waiting for manual oversight. Unlike systems that rely on separate alerts or post-hoc audits, Fable combines data synthesis with automated, context-aware interventions to guide behavior as it happens. The company’s goal is to lower human risk by shaping everyday actions through timely, relevant prompts and nudges integrated into workers’ workflows.

Fable Security appoints Jacob Berry as CISO to tackle employee-driven cyber threats

Fable Security, a secure behaviour management platform, has appointed Jacob Berry as chief information security officer. Berry brings 18 years of experience in incident response, cyber operations, governance and security programme leadership. In his role, Berry will support customers addressing risky employee behaviour whilst ensuring Fable Security maintains a secure platform. The appointment comes as roughly two-thirds of successful breaches originate from human error, according to the company. Fable Security uses AI and behavioural science to identify risky behaviours in real time and deliver targeted interventions. The platform aims to address gaps in traditional security training, which struggles to keep pace with evolving threats, including AI-driven phishing and social engineering attacks.
