Fernish is a furniture rental service that offers premium home furnishings on a monthly subscription. Customers can rent stylish furniture and choose to keep, swap, or return pieces after delivery. The service includes free delivery and assembly within a week. If customers opt to keep the furniture, Fernish provides a rent-to-own option, creating an additional revenue stream alongside standard rental fees starting at $75 per month. This flexible model targets urban professionals and people who want convenience without long-term commitments. Fernish differentiates itself by its emphasis on flexibility, convenience, and premium pieces available through rental, rent-to-own, or purchase.

Vesta, a company that integrates home sales with interior design and furniture rental, has acquired New York-based Anne Kenney Staging, expanding its portfolio. This acquisition, following last year's purchase of Fernish and Feather, enhances Vesta's focus on the resale market, complementing its new build specialization. Anne Kenney will now have access to Vesta's resources and luxury furnishings, allowing for a broader service range under one roof. Further acquisitions are anticipated as part of Vesta's growth strategy.
Fernish in 2019 announced a partnership with Alliance Residential in which consumers could see what the company's products would look like in spaces they may actually live in.
Luxury interior design and staging firm Vesta has acquired not one, but two of the furniture industry's hottest new startups - Fernish and Feather, both of which offer furniture rental services.
Fernish and Feather were acquired by Vesta, a luxury design studio that offers furnished rentals, home staging, interior design services and custom furniture manufacturing, which is also under the Showroom umbrella.
Vesta, known for its work shown on Million Dollar Listing and other real estate reality shows, is aiming to broaden its reach by adding the Feather and Fernish companies.
