Ferovinum provides a digital platform that delivers working capital and supply chain automation for the wine and spirits industry. It helps producers, distributors, and merchants turn inventory into capital by financing growth backed by inventory assets, using commodity trading concepts adapted to trade finance. The platform funds, produces, procures, and sells products in global markets, while also handling logistics, compliance, and trade execution, enabling banks and institutional investors to deploy capital into this fragmented sector. Differences from competitors come from combining inventory-backed finance with end-to-end supply chain tooling tailored to wine and spirits, rather than just offering lending or software alone. The company’s goal is to improve liquidity, profitability, and risk management for beverage businesses and to scale capital deployment globally—evidenced by a £17.5 million Series A in 2024 and a $550 million asset-backed securitisation program in 2025.

Fero and Bevica link-up 'significant step' to boost customers' operational efficiency. 07 August 2026 By Arabella Mileham Fintech platform Fero has partnered with drinks software management system Bevica to give both companies customers a more joined-up way to manage the operational and financial sides of their businesses. The connection of the two systems means stock data can pass between the two automatically, with Bevica customers gaining easier access to Fero's funding and supply chain support wherever they need it. This results in "a more complete platform for drinks business at every stage of growth," Fero said. Meanwhile, Fero customers can use the Bevica software to keep their operational data up to date without manual syncing or re-entering it, removing "an operational friction point", it said. According to Fero, the partnership marks a significant step forward for both companies, as it removes duplication from the system that has arisen from the "fragmented technology" that exists across the broader drinks industry without requiring a high level of customisation or cost to integrate. The link-up aims to reduce admin work for clients who use both platforms, with orders created in Bevica syncing automatically - and in real time - with Fero. Bevica explained that any orders are entered into its platform will be shared automatically with Fero, giving businesses a "clear, consistent view of their stock, sales and financial position at all times", as well as faster access to funding decisions when needed. Paul Wellingham, CEO of Bevica said the company had always been about helping drinks businesses run their day-to-day operations properly. "This integration with the Fero platform builds on that by removing manual steps and joining things up behind the scenes," he said. "This will give our customers access to funding and supply chain support without changing how they already work. It's a practical step that will make a real difference." Mitchel Fowler, CEO of Fero said he was excited to make the Fero platform available to Bevica's clients in the UK drinks trade, noting that it would add "working capital management and supply chain efficiency seamlessly [to] augment their existing systems and processes."
