Those that chose to participate underwent an evaluation of their workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The process also included a survey to measure employee satisfaction. Spanish contract translations released.

Spanish contract translations released. Florida Realtors released Spanish versions of two contracts as reference tools. State law requires contracts be in English, so translations aren't binding. ORLANDO, Fla. - Florida Realtors(R) released new Spanish-language versions of two key real estate contracts, providing a reference tool for Spanish-speaking users. The Florida Realtors/Florida Bar and ASIS contract translations are offered in PDF format and are being made available for reference. State law requires contracts to be in English, so transactions using the translations aren't binding. Under Florida law, real estate contracts must be in English, and the translated versions cannot be used to form a binding agreement. The print and online English formats will continue. ORLANDO, Fla. - Florida Realtors(R) will launch the first Spanish-language digital edition of Florida Realtor magazine in April 2026, expanding its flagship publication to better reflect the state's diverse membership and the communities they serve. The association has opened a waitlist for members and readers who want to receive an email alert when the premier issue goes live. The new monthly digital edition will deliver trusted industry insights, news and professional information, en español, tailored to Spanish-speaking Realtors(R) and audiences across the state. The existing English-language publication will continue to be delivered to members' mailboxes and published online. 2026 Florida Realtors President Chuck Bonfiglio, broker-owner of AAA Realty Group in Plantation, said the launch reflects both member needs and Florida's position in the global marketplace. "Florida's real estate market is built on communication, and Spanish is part of everyday life for the people who live, work and do business here, including many of Florida's Realtors," he said.
