This acquisition follows their successful collaboration in offering embedded banking solutions, facilitated by Adyen's banking-as-a-service platform. The embedded finance market in Europe is projected by McKinsey to exceed €100 billion within five years.
Flow, which debuted at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival in the prestigious Un Certain Regard section, has already garnered critical acclaim, winning in the Best Motion Picture - Animated category at the Golden Globes and picking up several awards at European film festivals, including the Best Animated Film at the European Film Awards.
The Latvian animated feature Flow has won the Oscar for Best Animated Feature.
Appfire, a Boston-based global software provider, has acquired Flow, an enterprise software product for software engineering intelligence, from Pluralsight. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. This acquisition enhances Appfire's portfolio by adding Flow's SEI platform, complementing its existing products like 7pace Timetracker and BigPicture PPM. Flow integrates with tools such as Jira, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and GitLab, increasing value for Appfire's customers and partners.
The chain-abstracted token marketplace Printr raised $2.5 million in the firm's first financing round, according to a release shared with The Block.
