GGropyus builds sustainable, smart buildings for asset holders and tenants using automated manufacturing, lean supply chains, and process automation to lower costs and carbon footprint. Its Building Operating System (BOS) is a central hub for a connected smart-home system that lets residents and asset holders control operations from mobile devices, schedule maintenance, and access integrated support, while enabling asset holders to monetize additional tenant services. The company differentiates itself by tying together end-to-end design, manufacturing, and building management with ESG-certified materials (PEFC/FSC) and funding eligibility (ESG Article 8 & 9, KFW, BEG 40). Its goal is to reduce operating costs and carbon impact of buildings while providing transparent budgeting and control over design and construction.
