Going.com runs a members-first travel service that finds discounted airfare and sends deal alerts to subscribers. Members on free Limited, and paid Premium or Elite tiers, receive timely notices about price drops, mistake fares, and even premium cabin deals; alerts explain how to book and where. The platform does not handle bookings itself; it directs users to book with airlines or via Google Flights. What sets Going apart is its large, engaged community (over two million members) and a reverse-booking approach that encourages flexibility to book the best available deal.

Krauter succeeds Brian Kidwell, who has led the company since 2019 and will remain on the board alongside co-founder Scott Keyes. Krauter brings extensive consumer travel experience, having spent over a decade at Tripadvisor, where he led SmarterTravel from 2011 to 2017.
