HELLBENDER

HELLBENDER

Edge AI vision hardware and services

Overview

Hellbender provides end-to-end support for edge AI and computer vision across three pillars: hardware, services, and manufacturing. It sells off-the-shelf vision hardware—imaging systems and carrier boards with integrated processors—to help teams deploy CV quickly and cost-effectively, with carrier boards designed to minimize wiring and setup time. Its Computer Vision as a Service handles bespoke deployments from hardware selection and AI model development to software integration, field deployment, and ongoing maintenance for organizations lacking in-house CV expertise. In manufacturing, it runs US-based facilities with ISO Class 7 clean rooms, robotics-based assembly, precision calibration, automated end-of-line testing, and CMMC Level 3 cybersecurity to serve defense, aerospace, and other security-sensitive industries, aiming to be a single partner from prototyping to high-volume production for perception systems.
