Higher Logic has launched AI Assistant, a tool designed to help associations deliver member knowledge more efficiently. The platform draws from association-selected sources to provide source-linked answers in natural language, helping members access information faster whilst allowing staff to focus on more complex work. AI Assistant operates through three layers: member intelligence, which gives staff better member context; a knowledge layer that organises and governs content from various sources; and a support layer that resolves common questions using official responses. When answers aren't available, the system directs members to staff or fellow members rather than generating responses. Future updates will enable the assistant to take actions, such as retrieving member-specific details from management systems. The tool is available as both a standalone web solution and integrated with Higher Logic Thrive Community.

Higher Logic Vanilla launches MCP server, making community data directly accessible to AI tools. 26 Maggio 2026 Higher Logic Vanilla customers can now connect their community platform to AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Cursor through the Model Context Protocol. ARLINGTON, Va.-(BUSINESS WIRE)-Higher Logic, the leading community platform for associations and B2B SaaS organizations, today launched Higher Logic Vanilla MCP, giving customers a native connection between their community platform and the AI tools their teams already use every day. With support for the Model Context Protocol (MCP) - the open standard for connecting AI tools to external systems - Higher Logic Vanilla customers can now query live community data conversationally, take action on what they find, and apply AI-driven automation from inside their AI tool. The launch addresses a structural gap in how organizations work with community data. Communities generate some of the richest, most continuously updated customer intelligence in an enterprise - covering sentiment, product feedback, support patterns, and advocacy activity - but that data has historically been locked behind manual exports and one-off reports. Higher Logic Vanilla MCP removes that friction, making it directly accessible to teams across the organization. "With MCP, teams can ask questions of their community in natural language and get answers back in seconds, and because AI tools can take action through the same protocol, the operational work that's defined community management for years can start moving into automated workflows. All of this helps community teams do more, with tooling that's finally caught up to the value community has always held," said Marius Ciortea, Chief Community Officer at Higher Logic. Built for Enterprise The MCP server is built natively into Higher Logic Vanilla. It runs on Higher Logic Vanilla's API-first architecture, which exposes every major platform feature through documented REST endpoints. Access is governed by each user's existing Higher Logic Vanilla roles and permissions, and all actions taken through MCP are auditable. The launch supports ChatGPT, Claude, and Cursor, with additional AI tools planned for future releases. Higher Logic Vanilla MCP is free for all Higher Logic Vanilla customers. About Higher Logic Higher Logic is revolutionizing engagement. We combine AI with human insight to help organizations build lasting relationships through personalized, intelligent experiences. Our platform connects community, marketing, learning, events, and more - powered by a centralized data warehouse that learns and adapts with every interaction.

The Thought Leadership & Innovation Foundation has partnered with Higher Logic to power community engagement on the Autism Knowledge Gateway, a digital platform designed to improve healthcare for autistic individuals. The platform provides access to thousands of peer-reviewed research articles on autism spectrum disorder and comorbid conditions. The integration adds secure, interactive forums where healthcare professionals, researchers, parents and caregivers can collaborate and share knowledge. Users can join discussion groups, comment on articles, share clinical insights and participate in moderated sessions. The move addresses a critical gap in autism care: whilst 95% of autistic individuals have at least one comorbid medical condition, only 13% of providers feel equipped to manage these needs. The platform will be demonstrated at an event on 27 March 2026 in Tysons Corner, Virginia.
