HomeX provides end-to-end home repair support by offering both virtual and in-home services for homeowners. Through Remote Assist, clients connect with a technician over call or video chat for expert troubleshooting without an in-person visit. If issues cannot be resolved virtually, HomeX schedules an in-home visit to complete the repair. Pricing is flexible: virtual assistance is project-based, while in-home work is priced by the scope of the job and any needed parts.
