Kodex unveiled new infrastructure for processing government data requests from companies at its Q2 keynote. The system includes automated request processing, system-to-system government intake, and a preview of agent-driven workflows. The company introduced three capabilities: AI Structured Data, which reads and structures inbound requests before review; Intake Bridge, enabling direct system-to-system submissions starting with the EU's e-Evidence Regulation from 18 August 2026; and a preview of an AI agent server allowing companies' agents to process requests through auditable tools. CEO Matt Donahue emphasised that growing request volumes require verified infrastructure rather than relying on unverifiable fax and email systems. The platform tracks threats including compromised government emails and forged court orders. Human approval remains required before any data release. Kodex's network connects 15,000 agencies and 150,000 verified investigators with companies.

Aunque Binance en sí no se ha visto comprometido, los aspectos más destacados del hack deben arreglar la ciberseguridad para proteger la información que se les proporciona.
