Driving high-intent visibility: How foodpanda drove incremental reach during LNY with CTV.

Driving high-intent visibility: How foodpanda drove incremental reach during LNY with CTV. by MARKETECH APAC May 26, 2026. In a crowded festive landscape, standing out during Lunar New Year (LNY) requires more than just increased ad spend - it demands strategic precision across timing, platform, and audience. To capitalise on this high-intent period, foodpanda partnered with LoopMe to launch a Connected TV (CTV) campaign focused on driving visibility for its groceries vertical. The Challenge LNY is a peak consumption period, but also one of the most cluttered. The goal was clear: maximise reach and ensure foodpanda groceries stayed top-of-mind as households prepared for celebrations. The Strategy: Right Time, Right Place, Right People * Right Time - foodpanda identified LNY as a key occasion where demand for groceries spikes - from spring cleaning essentials to reunion dinner necessities - making it a natural moment to amplify its grocery offerings. * Right Place - With CTV consumption on the rise, especially in Southeast Asia, the channel presented an opportunity to engage audiences in a premium, lean-back environment beyond traditional mobile and desktop touchpoints. * Right People - LNY is inherently social. Families and friends gather, often consuming content together on the big screen. This shift from individual to group viewing meant that CTV could unlock incremental reach, extending beyond foodpanda's baseline media channels. The Approach By leveraging LoopMe's CTV capabilities, foodpanda delivered targeted, high-impact creative into living rooms - placing its grocery deals directly at the center of festive planning moments. The Outcome The campaign successfully expanded reach during a highly competitive period, tapping into new audience segments and enhancing visibility for foodpanda groceries when it mattered most. * 716,335 unique users reached * 1.55M total impressions delivered * 98.91% CTV VCR, strong video completion Key Takeaway CTV is no longer an experimental channel - it's a strategic lever for incremental reach, especially during culturally significant, high-engagement moments like LNY.

LoopMe tops IPA Digital Media Owners Spring 2026 Survey.

LoopMe tops IPA Digital Media Owners Spring 2026 Survey. IPA agencies and digital specialists have named LoopMe as the best overall media owner to work with, according to the IPA Digital Media Owners Spring 2026 Survey, published recently. In the survey, which details which media owners deliver the highest levels of service and which have shown a commitment to continually improving their digital standards, 90.5% of respondents said that their overall experience of working with Loop Me was a good one. In addition to securing the overall top spot, LoopMe also led for Ad Networks/Exchanges, DSP and Sales Houses. Meanwhile, Reddit came top among Online Pure Plays and Mail Metro Media was the best-performing Crossover Media Owner. Other key findings: * Five other media owners had an overall score of 80% or above: Reddit (87.3.%), GumGum (86.3%), Blis (83.8.%), Mail Metro Media (83.3%) and Captify (82.9%). * Despite leading the overall ranking, LoopMe did not top any individual categories. It does, however, perform consistently well across all categories and achieves a score in excess of 90% for 'Excellent understanding of own products' and 'Ease of sales force contact'. * Autumn Survey leader Blis tops six individual categories in the Spring Survey: 'Understanding of client strategies and objectives', 'Excellent understanding of own products', 'Regularity of face-to-face or telephone contact', 'Creating a sense of agency/media owner partnership', 'Understanding of the agency's operating context' and 'Communication of direct client contact'. * TikTok and The Guardian each led two categories, with TikTok top of 'Provision of innovative/creative solutions' and 'Proactive communication of new opportunities'. Meanwhile, The Guardian was best for 'Professionalism in dealing with disputes' and 'Understanding of how cross-media opportunities can be leveraged'. * Reddit was named best for 'Quality of response to brief' and Captify topped 'Ease of sales force contact' * Spotify is the most improved media owner since Autumn 2025, increasing scores by 10 percentage points or more across six rankings. Facebook/Meta, Google (including YouTube) and Teads each improved by the same margin across four rankings. Amy Lawrence, Head of Digital, EMEA, Publicis Imagine & Chair of the IPA Digital Marketing Group, said: "In challenging times for the advertising industry, it is vital that agencies understand which media owners are committed to providing a consistently excellent service. It is therefore heartening to see such high standards across the board, and a significant number of media owners improving in many areas. Particular congratulations must go to LoopMe for topping the survey for the first time." The IPA Digital Media Owner Survey is released twice a year, in spring and autumn. Every January, agency members of the IPA Digital Media Group are asked to provide a list of their top trading partners from the previous year - no sensitive revenue data is shared. These individual lists are then aggregated to form a survey of the top 25 media owners for both the Spring and Autumn surveys of that year. Each year, there is a degree of churn in which vendors appear on the questionnaire and others, therefore, drop off. Featuring on the survey questionnaire is therefore a factor of scale, especially relative scale, rather than service levels.

LoopMe launches Chartboost Direct, bringing brands into mobile apps to drive publisher growth.

LoopMe launches Chartboost Direct, bringing brands into mobile apps to drive publisher growth. LoopMe, the global leader in brand performance, has announced the launch of Chartboost Direct to help mobile app publishers accelerate growth with direct access to brand demand. With this launch, LoopMe positions itself as the definitive nexus between web SSPs, ad tech, and mobile apps, establishing Chartboost Direct as the brand SDK for in-app environments. Now is a pivotal point to bring brands directly into the app environment, as web use declines: LoopMe research recently found that nearly one in five GenAI users say they now spend less time browsing the web, compared with just 15% spending more. Additionally, up to 19% of these users report spending more time on mobile gaming apps since adopting AI, compared with 15% spending less (a +31% net increase). While brand demand moves into mobile apps, the in-app advertising ecosystem was not built to support brand advertisers' specific needs around data, measurement, and signals. Chartboost Direct, powered by LoopMe's patented AI optimisation for brand performance, will now deliver the results that matter, making it a key toolkit for improving publisher yield and opening new paths for mobile app revenue growth. Chartboost Direct provides publishers with the infrastructure to make brand demand work inside mobile apps - directly, cleanly, and at scale, without changing their current ad technology stack. Features include: * Direct pay: Enabling publishers to contract and receive payments directly from participating brand SSPs partners through existing Chartboost SDK integrations * Direct deals: Allowing publishers to create new ad placements with PMP deal IDs that are called directly from a publisher's ad-server, creating a direct connection to premium brand DSPs * Marketplace deals: Providing publishers with the ability to package their inventory using deal IDs within their mediation auctions, dynamically adding a critical signal to transact directly with brand demand partners, with no new setup "Traditionally, premium mobile supply has been blocked by reseller constraints or lack of interoperable buying signals," comments Mike Laband, group SVP, US revenue at Magnite. "Chartboost Direct now brings SSPs and brands an alternative path directly into quality in-app publisher environments. AI-enriched bid-streams will provide publishers with built-in, accurate brand signals, measurement, and data, enhancing the user experience." Stephen Upstone, CEO and founder, commented: "LoopMe research has shown that since adopting GenAI tools, nearly three-in-ten users say they now use AI more than traditional search, versus just 15% who report increased search engine usage. As web traffic declines, brands need new inventory sources to replace web, but these often require direct supply, and we see reseller traffic being penalised through SPO. At the same time, publishers want brand demand programmatically, but have limitations through their current tech stacks." "With higher CPMs, cleaner supply paths, better UX, and sustainable brand demand for mobile app publishers, Chartboost Direct is a must-have toolkit, delivering the results that matter the most for publishers and providing SSPs with quality in-app environments." LoopMe. LoopMe is the global leader in brand performance, redefining brand advertising for the digital and app ecosystem. LoopMe was the first to apply AI to brand advertising and its Intelligent Marketplace, finding solutions to industry challenges that hav... Powered by PressBox
