M.C. Dean, a US-based engineering firm with $3 billion in revenue, has acquired a majority stake in Bells Power Group, a UK leader in integrated power solutions. The deal enables both companies to deliver complex power systems expertise to enterprise customers globally, with particular focus on power-ready AI infrastructure. The acquisition expands M.C. Dean's capabilities in power generation equipment and control systems, including advanced hydrogen-ready microgrid applications. Petka had been vice president of operations. During his presidency, Sawka opened offices in Princeton, N.J., and Salisbury, Md. Marc DePaul has been elevated to president of New York City-based construction management firm Pavarini McGovern. He was previously vice president of operations. The Lean Construction Institute, Arlington, Va., has named Brian Perlberg as CEO to succeed Dan Heinemeier, who retires in December.
