SaaS POS for retail and restaurants

Overview

Mad Mobile provides a SaaS platform that modernizes POS for retail and restaurant sectors. Its two main products are Concierge for Retail, a mobile POS and clienteling tool that integrates with a store's enterprise systems; and CAKE for Restaurants, an all-in-one POS with tableside ordering, online ordering, self-service kiosks, and QR payments, with CAKE MenuPad to connect legacy POS. The platform combines mobile tools across customer-facing selling and hospitality with deep enterprise integrations and 24/7 global support, serving brands like Ralph Lauren and Texas Roadhouse. The goal is to simplify hospitality by making transactions in retail and restaurants mobile and seamless.
