Magical offers an AI-powered application designed to help professionals and businesses improve their productivity by automating repetitive tasks. The application provides various functionalities, such as instant form filling using data from open tabs, drafting messages with AI assistance, and text expansion templates. Users can also extract information from any webpage into a Google Sheet with just one click. These features help users save several hours each week on tasks like messaging, data entry, and documentation. Magical is available for free on the Chrome Store, and while it likely offers premium features for monetization, this is not explicitly mentioned. What sets Magical apart from other productivity tools is its simplicity; it requires no complex integrations or setup, allowing users to start automating their workflows immediately after installation. The goal of Magical is to provide an easy-to-use tool that significantly enhances productivity and efficiency for its users.

Artificial intelligence (AI) chatbots are already conversing with you and are now here to enhance teamwork. Snap, a new app by Swit Technologies, is among a wave of collaboration tools that use generative AI to streamline project management, communication and workflows. Experts say such software can include intelligent meeting schedulers, real-time document collaboration, virtual assistants, and adaptive workflow management systems. “AI can be great for speeding up or automating certain tasks and elements of collaboration that can be tedious or prone to error,” Darrin Murriner, the CEO of Cloverleaf.me, told PYMNTS. “In the collaboration process, this could include collaborating on documents, writing content, communicating and compiling information.”
Check out all the on-demand sessions from the Intelligent Security Summit here. With the economy cooling, there isn’t as much news coming out of big tech as there was in the latter half of 2022. Instead — as evidenced by our top stories this week — tech leaders, experts, analysts and readers alike have been delving into more broad-reaching (sometimes even philosophical) topics. For starters, are you still using CTRL+C and CTRL+V to copy-paste? (We’ll admit we were guilty of that here.) In our top story, guest author Rosie Chopra of Magical argues for copying-pasting methods worthy of modern-day 2023. Another of our guest authors, Olivier Gaudin, calls for the C-suite to take ownership of code — which, he says, is ultimately any organization’s most critical asset. And, of course, there was no muting the chatter around generative AI, including ChatGPT and Bing Chat
Magical lets anyone automate repetitive work tasks instantly and boost productivity. . With Teams, everyone in the organization benefits from productive behaviors of their coworkers, which makes them just as successful
