The B2B marketing services company aims to challenge traditional agency and consulting models through a connected approach to growth. Knight brings over 25 years of international finance and operational leadership across media, technology and professional services. His experience spans the UK, US, Europe and Asia Pacific, including work with private equity and venture-backed businesses. Larson has more than 20 years of global people and organisational leadership experience across founder-led, private equity-backed and Fortune 500 companies. She is an ICF-certified executive coach with expertise in workforce transformation and organisational design. The appointments form part of Marketbridge's strategy to build leadership capabilities for scaling its platform.

Marketbridge has been named the top-ranked, fastest-growing independent global B2B agency in The B2B Marketing Global Agencies Benchmarking Report 2026. The Bethesda-based firm was evaluated alongside fourteen global B2B agencies based on global gross income and worldwide headcount. The recognition follows significant expansion for Marketbridge.
