NAVEX Global acquired LockPath, and its Keylight SaaS helps organizations manage governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) and integrated risk management (IRM) across policies, risk assessments, vendor risk, incident response, audit management, and business continuity. Keylight is modular and cloud-based (with on-premises or hybrid options) and built on a patented Dynamic Content Framework that lets users configure without code, while it aggregates data from many internal and external sources for a centralized view. Unlike some competitors, it combines multiple GRC domains in one platform and emphasizes no-code configuration and data aggregation to support holistic risk decisions. Its goal is to provide an integrated GRC and IRM solution that helps organizations meet regulatory requirements, achieve audit readiness, and improve risk-based decision making.

NAVEX has launched Nira, an agentic AI system integrated into its NAVEX One compliance platform. The NAVEX Intelligent Response Agent is designed specifically for risk and compliance work, combining the company's domain knowledge and industry data to help organisations identify emerging risks and make faster decisions. Nira for Analytics is the initial release, giving compliance teams visibility into performance data, risk signals and trends. The system aims to reduce manual work whilst preserving human judgement for sensitive compliance matters. NAVEX serves 13,000 organisations globally, including 75% of Fortune 100 and 500 companies. The company is positioning Nira as part of a broader strategy to transform its platform into an AI-powered compliance system, with plans to expand capabilities across analytics, reporting and investigations workflows.
In July 2017, LockPath released Keylight 4.7, an upgraded version of its Keylight platform suite.
