Gerald Haines has joined NOBLE as chief financial officer, the Boston-based defence and aerospace supplier announced. Haines will lead financial strategy to support the company's global expansion. Haines brings extensive experience from public and private companies. At Mercury Systems, he helped grow the company fivefold as executive vice president and CFO. He previously served as CFO at Metabolon, leading cross-functional teams beyond finance, and at Impulse Dynamics, where he helped raise over $170 million for FDA-approved medical device sales. He currently serves on the board and audit committee of nLight, a high-power laser supplier. Haines holds a Bachelor of Science from Boston University Questrom School of Business and a Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School. NOBLE provides sustainment and operations support for the US military and civilian government.
