Nexient did sign a "talent acquisition services" agreement with JobsOhio in July 2019.
Also this month JobsOhio filed a similar lawsuit against Nexient, a software development firm based in Silicon Valley, under its talent acquisition agreement from July 2019, when the company planned to open a Dublin office with 200 jobs.
