Nulogy

Multi-enterprise platform for external CPG collaboration

Overview

Nulogy provides a cloud-based, multi-enterprise platform that digitizes and coordinates the external supply chain for consumer packaged goods brands, focusing on contract manufacturers and co-packers. Its Agile Customization Platform gives real-time visibility and data synchronization across brands and their partners, with modules for production planning, inventory and warehouse management, quality control, and order management to replace manual processes. It differentiates itself by serving the external supply chain with end-to-end collaboration, analytics, and manufacturing-floor insights, and it expanded capabilities through the Mingo Smart Factory integration. The goal is to help mid-sized and large manufacturers and packaging suppliers improve capacity planning, cut costs, and speed up the time-to-market for products.

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Raben Group began rolling Nulogy across seven Polish sites on July 22, 2026.
  • Nulogy won SupplyTech Breakthrough's 2026 Overall SupplyTech Solution of the Year in June.
  • The August 2026 Track and Trace launch meets a July 2028 FDA deadline early.

What critics are saying

  • SAP, Microsoft, and MES vendors bundle adjacent features, compressing Nulogy's pricing power by 2028.
  • FSMA 204 compliance is a feature race; a customer-standardized workflow inside ERP displaces Nulogy.
  • If MOS adoption stalls beyond Raben and Sysco references, Nulogy becomes a niche point solution.

What makes Nulogy unique

  • Nulogy owns co-packing and contract-manufacturing workflows, not generic ERP, across brands and partners.
  • Its February 2026 MOS unifies production, quality, compliance, maintenance, and warehouse execution.
  • Track and Trace, launched August 18, 2026, targets FSMA 204 lot-level traceability end-to-end.

Nulogy launches track and trace module to help food companies meet FSMA 204 compliance in 24 hours

Nulogy has launched a Track and Trace module designed to help food companies comply with FSMA 204 regulations and respond to FDA requests within 24 hours. The module enables firms to capture, link, and retrieve lot-level records required under the new rule. A June 2026 Nulogy poll of 161 food supply chain companies found two-thirds were still assessing FSMA 204 scope or unsure how to meet requirements. Thirty-seven per cent planned to extend existing systems not purpose-built for the regulation's traceability demands. The module records traceability events as goods are received, transformed, and shipped, creating Critical Tracking Event records and automatically generating Traceability Lot Codes. It consolidates data from multiple systems into a searchable register, enabling companies to trace lots and produce required files in minutes rather than days or weeks spent on manual reconstruction.

Raben Group digitalises European co-packing operations with Nulogy.

Raben Group digitalises European co-packing operations with Nulogy. 22 July 2026 INTEGRATED LOGISTICS firm Raben Group has selected Nulogy's Shop Floor solution to digitalise its contract packing operations, with implementation in progress across seven sites in Poland, ahead of a planned second phase roll out for further European locations. The first deployment, undertaken at Raben Logistics Poland facility in Stryków, enables full real-time operational control through continuous monitoring of co-packing production activity, resources, line performance and order status on one platform. By transitioning from fragmented planning and execution tools to a unified digital platform, Raben is simplifying and standardising its co-packing operations across sites. This shift enables better integration of planning, execution and reporting processes within one environment, improving data consistency and visibility while supporting more efficient, real-time operational decision-making. At the same time, Nulogy Shop Floor reduces operational complexity and creates a scalable foundation for further development of value-added services (VAS). The software is designed to enable improved planning and execution through automated workflows and synchronised operational data, with the objective of accelerating production cycles while reducing downtime, material waste and inefficiencies. Standardised processes and shared KPIs across sites are set to ensure consistent performance, allowing Raben to scale its services more effectively across markets. "Nulogy's connected operating platform enables us to become a digital partner for the entire supply chain ecosystem, connecting data, processes and partners within one modern collaborative environment," said Maria Strojnowska, VAS projects manager at Raben Logistics Poland. "Nulogy Shop Floor will not only enhance our internal co-packing operations, it will also deliver greater visibility and responsiveness to our customers too. As we continue to grow, this interconnected platform provides the ability to scale sustainably, delivering more for customers whilst maintaining our commitment to quality service." Nulogy's platform also has the capability to integrate seamlessly with existing customer software, such as ER and WMS systems, enabling faster onboarding of new projects and improved collaboration across the supply chain. For Raben's co-packing customers, the implementation delivers real-time visibility into production and inventory, improved service levels and on-time performance and faster time-to-market for promotions and new product launches. It also supports greater supply chain resilience through closer collaboration and more responsive operations. "Raben's implementation of Nulogy Shop Floor demonstrates the value of digitalising co-packing operations at scale. While phase one is focused on seven sites in Poland, the next steps will include exploring further deployment of Nulogy across Raben's European locations," stated Josephine Coombe, CCO, Europe at Nulogy. "With this investment, the Raben Group is extremely well positioned to scale its VAS offer, increasing agility, improving service performance, and delivering even greater value to its customers and partners." Nulogy's Shop Floor contract packing software can be deployed as both a standalone system, or as a part of Nulogy's purpose-built Manufacturing Operating System (MOS) which includes additional capabilities for managing OEE, quality and compliance, supplier management and more. Nulogy MOS named 2026 'overall SupplyTech Solution of the Year' by SupplyTech Breakthrough. Annual Awards Program Recognizes Innovation in the Global Supply Chain Technology and Logistics Industry At Nulogy, News Deli is building something different: a connected operating system for the entire supply chain network." - Bill Ryan, CEO of Nulogy. TORONTO, ONTARIO, CANADA, June 15, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ - Nulogy, a leading provider of manufacturing operations software, today announced its Manufacturing Operating System (MOS) has been selected as "Overall SupplyTech Solution of the Year" in the 5th annual SupplyTech Breakthrough Awards program conducted by SupplyTech Breakthrough, a leading independent market intelligence organization that evaluates and recognizes standout technology companies, products and services in the supply chain technology and logistics industry around the globe. Nulogy's Manufacturing Operating System (MOS) connects the full supply chain, from brand-side planning and supplier collaboration to shop floor execution, quality management, and maintenance, on a single, unified system. The result is a closed-loop network that streamlines planning, producing, and delivering. In addition to order status, brands get real-time operational data from their external manufacturing partners, including actual production performance, quality events, and capacity signals. Co-packers and contract manufacturers benefit from a complete platform to run operations, win more business, and prove value to brand partners. 3PLs also gain tools to help them execute value-added services with speed and accuracy. Powered by a shared integration and data foundation, Nulogy MOS connects workflows across teams and sites, enabling real-time visibility, improved coordination, and agility as conditions change. "We're so thankful to SupplyTech Breakthrough for this acknowledgement. We'll keep enhancing the solution to make sure that our customers can start with the solution that solves their greatest pain point today and expand as their needs evolve." The mission of the annual SupplyTech Breakthrough Awards program is to recognize the innovators transforming the global supply chain landscape through technology. The program conducts a comprehensive analysis of the companies, technologies and solutions redefining how supply chain businesses operate, engage partners and drive growth. "Nulogy MOS brings together what teams need to improve operations now, scale as they grow, and compete more effectively. Supply chains don't fail in one spot; they fail at the seams between brands and manufacturers, and what's planned and what's actually happening on the floor. Point solutions and fragmented platforms just result in quality data that lives in one system and production data in another," said Bryan Vaughn, Managing Director of SupplyTech Breakthrough Awards. "Nulogy exists to close those gaps. Nulogy's MOS brings production, quality, compliance, maintenance, and warehouse execution onto a shared data and workflow backbone. We're so pleased to recognize Nulogy with 'Overall SupplyTech Solution of the Year!'" About Nulogy Nulogy is for the people behind every product. Nulogy launches AI assistant to boost information gathering.

Nulogy launches AI assistant to boost information gathering. 29 May 2026 NULOGY has announced the launch of Nulogy Intelligence, the AI and analytics layer of the firm's Manufacturing Operating System (MOS). The first capability available inside Nulogy Intelligence is Nora, a manufacturing AI assistant embedded in Nulogy's Smart Factory and Maintenance solutions. Nulogy explained that Nora provides plant floor teams with 'instant answers' on production performance, downtime, and maintenance, without leaving their workflow. The AI assistant gathers data from the full operational landscape to answer questions, using the solution to automate tasks such as creating maintenance orders. Users can ask questions such as: "What was OEE on Line 3 yesterday?" or "Show me overdue maintenance orders" and receive answers from live production data in seconds. Nora is also available inside Nulogy's new user-to-user chat experience, putting answers in the same workflow teams use to communicate. Nulogy Intelligence connects production performance, downtime events, maintenance orders, and CMMS schedules. Users can ask their AI assistant to display data in charts and graphs. "Plant teams shouldn't have to be data analysts to do their jobs well," said Bryan Sapot, executive VP at Nulogy. "Nora gives them a direct line to the answers they need, in the language they already use. The goal isn't to replace expertise on the plant floor. It's to make that expertise faster and easier to apply." Nulogy added that the solution never fabricates data, adapts to customer-specific terminology including line names and part numbers, and is scoped to read production data and create or update tasks and maintenance orders. "Nulogy Intelligence is one of several ways we're bringing AI to manufacturing in a medium that's practical, trustworthy, and built for the people behind every product," said Bill Ryan, CEO of Nulogy. "Our customers can expect Nulogy Intelligence to continue expanding as we find new ways to help manufacturers improve operational performance and win more business."
