SAN ANTONIO - August 17, 2026 - Ogletree Deakins, one of the largest labor and employment law firms representing management, is pleased to welcome Mark McNitzky to the firm's San Antonio office as a shareholder. McNitzky returns to Ogletree Deakins from Langley & Banack, Inc., where he was a shareholder leading the firm's Labor and Employment section for three years. He previously spent nearly eight years with Ogletree Deakins in the San Antonio office. Returning with more than 15 years of legal experience, McNitzky continues to manage day-to-day labor and employment law issues with a focus on employment litigation. He represents employers in state and federal courts and in arbitration, serving as first-chair in matters involving discrimination, retaliation, and defamation; wage-and-hour violations; Equal Pay Act (EPA) and Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) claims; and more. In addition, McNitzky represents clients in investigations conducted by federal and state agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Department of Labor (DOL), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC). McNitzky also provides advice and counsel on employment laws at the local, state, and federal levels, assisting business leaders with proactive compliance. He develops workplace policies and protocols, analyzes employee classifications and pay structures, handles work separation matters, and drafts and reviews company handbooks and employment agreements. Ruble joins Ogletree Deakins from Baker Sterchi Cowden & Rice, where he was a member and vice-chair of the firm's Employment and Labor Practice Group. Ruble's practice focuses on employment litigation and traditional labor, drawing on more than a decade of experience in both areas. Noack joins the firm from Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP, where he was a partner. Noack brings more than a decade of litigation experience to Ogletree Deakins.
