March 24, 2026 Open Farm has launched GoodGut, a digestive health-focused dog food line developed in partnership with Lifeway Foods, the kefir brand. The line features a complete prebiotic, probiotic and postbiotic system designed to support gut microbiome health across life stages. Each recipe delivers 2 billion CFUs per pound, powered by CanineCulture, a proprietary blend of 10 probiotic strains developed with Lifeway Foods. GoodGut was formulated by Dr. Moran Tal-Gavriel, BSc, DVM, DVSc, Dip. ECVCN, Open Farm's head of veterinary nutrition.
