RadiantGraph, an AI-powered healthcare platform, has published a peer-reviewed study showing its AI voice agents increased specialty care appointment completion rates by 3.4 times overall. The study, conducted with virtual GI clinic Oshi Health, found particularly strong results among patients who had created accounts but not scheduled appointments — a 24.7-fold increase in completion rates. The seven-week trial involved nearly 8,800 members and demonstrated AI agents could handle complex conversations about GI care whilst maintaining clinical safety. No safety incidents occurred during the study. The deployment saved approximately 75 hours of staff time per 1,000 contacts and enabled a ninefold increase in outbound call volume compared to human agents. The study will be published in Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence following presentation at the International Conference on Artificial Intelligence in Medicine in Ottawa.
Oshi Health appoints Danny Krifcher as President and Chief Operating Officer. Veteran healthcare and technology executive joins Oshi Health to lead operations as the company continues to scale its virtual multidisciplinary GI clinic Oshi Health, the nation's only virtual-first multidisciplinary gastroenterology (GI) clinic, recently announced the appointment of Danny Krifcher as President and Chief Operating Officer. In this newly created role, Krifcher will lead Oshi's operations as it scales to deliver on its mission of providing high-quality, accessible GI care to millions of patients. A mission-driven healthcare executive, Krifcher has spent the last 20 years building and growing companies at the intersection of technology and care delivery. Most recently, he served as President of the Florida Market at Millennium Physician Group, where he oversaw the largest independent primary care group in the state, with more than 150 locations including extensive in-house specialty clinics and ancillary services. "As we enter our next phase of accelerated growth, Danny brings the energy and experience to expand our infrastructure, teams, and systems to deliver population-level impact at scale," said Sam Holliday, co-founder and CEO at Oshi Health. "Danny's perspective and track record across value-based care, healthcare technology, and large-scale care delivery will help us build even faster and smarter." Prior to Millennium, Krifcher served as Head of Growth and Chief Financial Officer of Audacious Inquiry, a health information technology company focused on connected care and health information exchange. Earlier, he was Chief Commercial Officer at Aledade, a leader in value-based primary care, and served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Avalere Health. A former Bain consultant, Krifcher spent more than a decade as a senior executive at America Online. "What drew me to Oshi is the clinical rigor, sensitivity of care, and documented outcomes that Oshi provides to a population that doesn't always know where to turn," said Krifcher. "The Oshi model of coordinated, whole-person GI care delivers documented, measurably better outcomes for patients while meaningfully lowering costs for employers and health plans. The clinical foundation is extraordinary. My job is to aggressively ramp the engine to deliver Oshi's care model to millions more people, with the same rigor and quality." "Oshi has validated that patients from diverse populations will readily engage in our model of virtual clinician-led care - and they achieve sustainably better outcomes," said Sameer Berry, MD, MBA, co-founder and chief medical officer at Oshi Health. "With Danny leading operations, we can turn our focus to how technology, and AI in particular, can fuel that model even more, helping our clinicians work more effectively and extending world-class GI care to millions." Oshi Health's clinical model is backed by the largest peer-reviewed study of virtual multidisciplinary GI care ever published. The study, published in the Journal of Medical Internet Research, found that 85.4% of more than 11,000 patients across all 50 states reported symptom improvement. Separately, Oshi's 2025 Impact Report demonstrated $6,081 in annual per-member savings in a matched-control claims analysis. The company is now available as an in-network virtual GI clinic to more than 63 million people nationwide. About Oshi Health Oshi Health is the only nationwide multidisciplinary gastrointestinal (GI) medical clinic combining specialized medical, dietary, and gut-brain care proven to get patients better, faster. One GI partners with Oshi Health to expand practice capacity, reduce wait times and improve patient outcomes. Oshi Health's GI-specialized APPs seamlessly expand One GI practices' clinical capacity to see more patients faster, and adds multidisciplinary support through patients' care journey NASHVILLE, Tenn.; April 28, 2026 - One GI(R), the leading network of independent gastroenterology practices, today announced a strategic partnership with Oshi Health, the nation's only nationwide virtual multidisciplinary GI clinic, through Oshi's Access+ program. With Oshi, One GI practices can quickly and easily expand clinical offerings and reduce administrative burden, improving their overall financial health and achieving better patient outcomes. As part of the agreement, One GI practices can access GI-trained Oshi Health Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) as dedicated, full-time virtual staff to extend clinical capacity. Practices' front desk teams can manage these APPs' schedules, with physicians maintaining oversight of every patient interaction. With Oshi, One GI practices gain dedicated clinical capacity without adding headcount, overhead, or administrative complexity. "Demand for GI care is outpacing the traditional capacity of even the best-run practices," said Michael S. Dragutsky, MD, FACP, FACG, Chairman of One GI. "This partnership is about staying ahead of that and making sure our patients can get in when they need to, see the right provider for their situation, and stay connected to our practices throughout their care journey. Oshi gives us the infrastructure to do that in a way that feels completely native to how we already operate." The breadth of Oshi's clinical team also allows One GI to address the full spectrum of GI care in ways that weren't previously possible at scale. Patients managing chronic conditions or Disorders of Gut-Brain Interaction (DGBIs) can now access registered dietitians and behavioral health providers, all covered by insurance, as a natural part of their care, rather than being referred out to resources the practice has no visibility into. "Independent GI practices are facing a real tension with growing patient demand on one side and finite capacity on the other," said Sameer Berry, MD, MBA, Co-founder & Chief Medical Officer, Oshi Health. "What we've built with One GI resolves that imbalance without asking them to change what's working. Their physicians, their protocols, their patient relationships - we just make it possible to do more with all of it." For patients, faster access translates directly to better outcomes. A patient who can be seen same-day or after hours, rather than waiting weeks or being redirected to an emergency department, is more likely to receive a timely diagnosis, follow through on recommended procedures, and maintain a long-term relationship with their care team. With the partnership now live, One GI patients in select locations have immediate access to expanded appointment availability, including same-day, evening, and weekend visits with Oshi's virtual clinical team. About One GI(R) One GI(R) is a gastroenterology management services organization that partners with GI physicians to help them manage, optimize, and grow their practices. One GI provides critical business services to physicians so they can focus on what they do best: providing excellent care to patients.
