Outcomes4Me acquires Geno.Me and Realyze Intelligence to expand AI cancer care platform. May 21, 2026 Outcomes4Me has acquired healthcare technology platforms Geno.Me and Realyze Intelligence as the Boston-based company expands its AI-driven cancer care and clinical trial matching capabilities for patients and healthcare providers. The company also announced that Scot Stevens, chief information officer at UPMC Hillman Cancer Center, will join Outcomes4Me as a strategic advisor as it integrates the newly acquired technologies into its patient-focused oncology platform. The acquisitions strengthen Outcomes4Me's position in the growing market for AI-enabled cancer care tools aimed at improving patient access to treatment information, medical records, and clinical trial opportunities. The company said the additions will support its efforts to provide more personalized treatment guidance and accelerate connections between patients and oncology research programs. Milwaukee-based Geno.Me focuses on patient-controlled health data access and sharing through integrations with electronic health record systems including Epic, Cerner, and Meditech. The platform enables patients to access medical records directly and securely share data for clinical or research purposes. Realyze Intelligence, originally developed at UPMC with input from several National Cancer Institute-accredited cancer centers, uses AI to extract and structure oncology data from medical records to identify potential clinical trial matches more efficiently. Clinical trial recruitment and patient matching remain persistent operational challenges across oncology research, particularly as trial inclusion criteria become more specialized and data-intensive. Companies developing AI-driven matching systems have increasingly focused on automating portions of the screening and data abstraction process to reduce administrative burdens and accelerate enrollment timelines. Outcomes4Me said combining the two platforms with its existing patient engagement tools will allow it to expand both direct patient support and research-related services for pharmaceutical and healthcare partners. Founder and CEO Maya R. Said said the acquisitions deepen the company's ability to connect patients with evidence-based treatment options while also improving access to real-world clinical data and trial recruitment insights. The company currently supports more than 400,000 cancer patients through its platform, which integrates oncology guidelines, genomics data, symptom tracking, and treatment information. Outcomes4Me said it was the first direct-to-patient platform integrated with the NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology. Stevens' addition as strategic advisor brings operational and healthcare IT experience tied to cancer care delivery and clinical workflow integration. He previously worked closely with Realyze Intelligence during its earlier development stages at UPMC. The acquisitions reflect continued consolidation and investment activity within digital oncology and precision medicine platforms as healthcare companies pursue more integrated approaches to clinical data management, patient engagement, and AI-assisted care navigation. Outcomes4Me said its commercial partnerships currently include seven of the world's 10 largest oncology pharmaceutical companies.
