VGM Group joins as Owlet's inaugural Owlet for Orgs program partner. Katie Morris Updated 2:52 PM CDT, Wed May 20, 2026 In March, Owlet, Inc., the pioneer of smart infant monitoring, announced the launch of Owlet for Orgs, a new employer benefit program that enables companies to provide new and expecting parents with its trusted infant health technology. Owlet announced VGM Group, as their inaugural employer partner. Through Owlet for Orgs, employers can provide new and expecting parents with FDA-cleared Dream Sock(R) or Dream Duo(TM) 3, which includes Dream Sock and all-new Dream Sight(TM) video monitor, as part of a customized workplace benefits package. By doing so, forward-thinking employers can support new parents through one of life's most important transitions - building a healthier team in the process by encouraging better sleep and focus and driving stronger loyalty and retention. Owlet works directly with HR and benefits teams to ensure the program is tailored to the organization and the rollout is seamless. "Early parenthood is one of the most overwhelming seasons of a person's life, and the businesses that acknowledge that are building stronger, more loyal teams," said Jonathan Harris, Chief Executive Officer at Owlet. "Owlet for Orgs gives companies a way to show up for their employees when it matters most, with more than just a policy on paper. We're proud to launch this program, and we look to expand our partners for this program in the months ahead." VGM Group is a 100% employee-owned company with a track record of supporting working parents. In 2023, it opened an on-site child care center at its headquarters in Waterloo, Iowa, in response to employee owners' challenges finding reliable, affordable child care. This focus on supporting working parents and community well-being aligns with Owlet's mission of preventive pediatric care. And it has earned VGM Group recognitions as an Iowa Top Workplace and a Best Place for Working Parents. "At VGM Group, caring for our employee owners means caring for the people who matter most to them," said Sara Laures, VGM Group Chief People Officer. "Along with benefits like our on-site child care center and free health clinic, Owlet for Orgs is another way we're investing in our people during one of life's most meaningful times. When new parents feel supported and confident in their baby's well-being, it creates peace of mind at home and allows them to stay engaged at work." The launch of Owlet for Orgs advances Owlet's mission to give families everywhere clarity, confidence, and peace of mind from night one. The program expands access to Owlet's growing ecosystem of clinical-grade products, among them the first and only FDA-cleared baby monitor on the market, Dream Sock, and insurance-supported prescription BabySat(R). Via its advocacy arm, Owlet Cares, the company works with 40+ nonprofit organizations across the globe to provide products, resources, and safe sleep education to even more families. Owlet for Orgs is the next natural step, extending that same ecosystem of care beyond the home and into the broader network of professionals and organizations that families trust.
