PandaDoc vs. HelloSign: streamlining B2B document workflows in 2026. Choosing between PandaDoc and HelloSign for B2B document management is critical for efficiency. This comparison evaluates their eSignature, document creation, and workflow automation capabilities to help you decide. Rewyud Editorial Tuesday, October 6, 2026 In the fast-paced B2B environment of 2026, efficient document management and secure eSignatures are no longer optional - they are foundational to operational agility and client trust. From sales proposals and contracts to HR onboarding documents and legal agreements, the ability to create, send, track, and sign documents seamlessly can dramatically reduce sales cycles, improve compliance, and enhance the customer experience. Among the leading contenders in this space are PandaDoc and HelloSign (a Dropbox company). While both offer robust eSignature functionalities, their core strengths and broader feature sets cater to slightly different organizational needs. Understanding these distinctions is key to selecting the right platform for your business. PandaDoc: comprehensive document Workflow Automation. PandaDoc positions itself as an all-in-one document workflow automation platform. It goes far beyond simple eSignatures, offering powerful document creation, proposal management, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) capabilities, and extensive analytics. It's particularly favored by sales, marketing, and operations teams looking to automate the entire lifecycle of client-facing documents. Key capabilities: * Advanced Document Builder: A drag-and-drop editor allows users to create stunning proposals, contracts, quotes, and forms from scratch or using customizable templates. It supports rich media, dynamic content, and content libraries. * CPQ Functionality: Integrated product catalogs and pricing tables enable sales teams to quickly generate accurate, personalized quotes and proposals without leaving the platform. * Electronic Signatures: Secure, legally binding eSignatures with audit trails, compliant with ESIGN and UETA acts. Supports multiple signers, signing order, and in-person signing. * Workflow Automation: Set up automated workflows for approvals, notifications, and document delivery based on triggers and conditions. * Document Analytics: Track document opens, views, time spent on each section, and completion rates to gain insights into prospect engagement and optimize content. * Integrations: Deep integrations with popular CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM), payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal), and storage solutions, ensuring data consistency and streamlined processes. * Forms: Create interactive web forms to collect information and generate documents automatically. PandaDoc pricing: PandaDoc offers a tiered pricing model, typically per user per month (billed annually): * Free eSign: For basic eSignatures and unlimited document uploads (1 user). * Essentials: Around $19/user/month, offering templates, document builder, and basic integrations. * Business: Around $49/user/month, including advanced features like custom branding, advanced analytics, approval workflows, and more integrations. * Enterprise: Custom pricing for large organizations requiring SSO, unlimited integrations, advanced security, and dedicated support. PandaDoc often provides a free trial for its paid plans. HelloSign (by Dropbox): simple, secure eSignatures with Dropbox integration. HelloSign, now part of Dropbox, focuses on delivering a user-friendly, secure, and legally binding eSignature solution. While it has expanded its capabilities, its core strength remains streamlining the signing process itself. Its deep integration with Dropbox and other cloud storage providers makes it a natural choice for businesses already leveraging Dropbox for their document management. * Intuitive eSignatures: Simple, clean interface for sending documents for signature and signing them. Supports multiple document types, customizable signing fields, and templates. * Legally Binding & Secure: Compliant with major eSignature laws (ESIGN, UETA, eIDAS) with robust security measures including audit trails, encryption, and tamper-proof documents. * Templates: Create reusable templates for frequently used documents, streamlining the process of sending out contracts or agreements. * API for Custom Integrations: A well-documented API allows developers to embed eSignature functionality directly into their own applications or custom workflows. * Team Management: Features for managing teams, assigning roles, and centralizing documents for collaborative environments. * Cloud Storage Integrations: Strong native integrations with Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, and Evernote for easy document import and export. * Basic Workflow Automation: Allows for setting up signing orders and automated reminders. HelloSign pricing: HelloSign also follows a tiered, per-user per-month pricing structure (billed annually): * Free: Limited to 3 documents per month for one user. * Essentials: Around $15/user/month, offering unlimited documents, templates, and audit trails. * Standard: Around $25/user/month, including team features, advanced branding, and more integrations. * Premium: Custom pricing for enterprise-level features like SSO, dedicated support, and advanced administration. It streamlines the entire sales document process from creation to close. * Operational Efficiency: For operations, HR, or legal departments that handle a high volume of standardized documents requiring signatures, HelloSign's simplicity and speed can be a huge asset. If you mainly need to get documents signed quickly and securely without complex creation or analytics, HelloSign excels. * Ecosystem Integration: Consider your existing tech stack. If your team lives in Dropbox and primarily needs a seamless eSignature solution, HelloSign's native integration is a strong draw. If you require deep, bidirectional integration with CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot to automate document generation based on CRM data, PandaDoc often provides more robust options. * Scalability & Complexity: PandaDoc is designed for more complex document workflows and can scale to meet the needs of businesses that require dynamic content, multi-stage approvals, and in-depth performance analytics for their documents. HelloSign scales well for signature volume but is less focused on the pre- and post-signature document lifecycle. The verdict. Both PandaDoc and HelloSign are leaders in their respective niches, offering reliable and legally compliant eSignature solutions. The
Google adds new Connected Apps across Gemini. Google has started rolling out a major expansion of third-party integrations for Gemini. - Editor-in-Chief Sep 23, 2026, 1:21 PM EDT Google is giving Gemini a much bigger role in your everyday apps. The company has started rolling out a new wave of Connected Apps for Gemini, bringing a range of third-party services directly into the AI assistant. Instead of jumping between different tabs and apps to complete a task, Gemini can now connect with services for productivity, creative work and everyday activities. Google says the new integrations are beginning to roll out today, September 23. The expansion covers a surprisingly broad mix of services. On the productivity side, Gemini can now connect with Airtable, Linear, monday.com, PandaDoc, Wispr AI and Zoho. These integrations are designed for tasks such as managing projects, organizing databases and dictating notes. Then there is the creative side. Google is adding Adobe, Picsart, Squarespace and Webflow, allowing Gemini to work with tools used for creating visual assets, developing websites and turning ideas into finished creative projects. The lifestyle category is just as broad. Gemini can connect to Apartments.com for apartment searches, Experian for monitoring credit, Peloton for workout planning and SeatGeek for finding event tickets. That range is what makes this update more interesting than a simple list of new integrations. Google is essentially trying to make Gemini a place where you can start a task without first deciding which individual app you need. For example, instead of opening a project-management service first, you could bring the relevant connected app into a Gemini conversation and work from there. The same basic idea applies to creative projects, fitness planning and other tasks supported by the new integrations. Google says users can connect these apps through Gemini's settings. Once connected, they can be brought into a conversation using an @ mention or by simply asking Gemini directly. That last part is particularly important because it makes the integrations feel less like traditional app extensions and more like tools Gemini can call when they're needed. The user doesn't necessarily have to think about the underlying app first; Gemini becomes the starting point. Of course, how useful this becomes will depend heavily on what each individual integration can actually do. Connecting an app to Gemini doesn't automatically mean every feature of that service is available through the assistant. Google is also rolling the new Connected Apps out gradually, so availability may vary. Still, the direction is clear. Gemini is moving beyond simply generating text, answering questions and summarizing information. Google wants it to interact with the services people already use and become a more practical layer between users and their apps. And with the latest additions spanning productivity, creativity and lifestyle services, Gemini is starting to look less like a standalone chatbot and more like a hub for getting things done.
