Parspec has launched Sales Management, an AI-native platform designed for manufacturer rep agencies in the construction supply chain. The solution unifies quoting, order management, and commission tracking in a single system. The platform addresses challenges facing lighting and electrical rep agencies, including industry consolidation, increasingly complex products, and rising workloads. It replaces manual processes with automated workflows powered by a database of over 3,800 manufacturers. Key features include AI-powered conversion of RFQs into bills of materials, automated product crossing based on technical attributes, real-time pricing updates, and automatic commission tracking. The system aims to help agencies respond to quotes faster whilst reducing administrative overhead and capturing missed revenue. More than 2,400 rep agents across 100-plus agencies already use Parspec for submittal workflows. The company, founded in 2021 and based in San Mateo, serves over 300 distributors and rep agencies.
