Baldwin MLS implemented Perchwell through a phased rollout that included training sessions, webinars, and support resources. "Perchwell provides a modern platform that allows our members to work more efficiently, communicate more effectively with clients, and make informed decisions using real-time market data," said Francine Carstensen, 2026 Baldwin MLS president. The transition aims to help agents deliver faster communication and more powerful property searches whilst streamlining daily tasks.
